10 AM – Lesson 2: Experiencing and Sharing God’s Kindness
- God’s kindness is meant not only to be received but also extended to others. Through David’s kindness to Mephibosheth in 2 Samuel 9, this lesson reveals how remembering God’s grace toward us moves us to show unexpected mercy to those around us.
11 AM – Lesson 3: Failing, Making Things Worse, and How to Return
- Everyone fails, but how we respond to failure reveals the direction of our hearts. Looking at David’s sin and repentance, this lesson explores the danger of compounding failure through denial and the hope of restoration when we honestly return to God.
12 PM – Potluck in the Park
- All are invited to enjoy a meal and time together in the park!
- If you can bring something to share, feel free to do so.
- If you are unable to bring something to share, you are still welcome to come!
